We love to reward our children and at lunchtime the children can earn a reward for eating well, good manners, healthy lunch etc.  Their names are picked out of the hat and the winners are invited to the Captains Table where they eat their lunch with our Captain (alias Mr Culham).  The children love this occasion and it is great to see them all smiling and enjoying this time together.
